Wearing Museum grade jewelry on your wedding day

Have you started looking for bridal party gifts yet? You know a little something for your girls – perhaps for the groomsmen? I’ve met Fatima Fidan the sales and marketing coordinator of GeoArt By Cynthia Gale. If you don’t know this company, there are so many reasons you should. They will be having a massive sale beginning TODAY April 20th thru the 24th from 10:00am to 6:00pm. You can use this time to pick up some things for your girls, or shop early for Mother’s day…and don’t forget to pick-up something for your future mother-in-law.

The following are recommendations from Fatima:

Based on the color theme that a bride might have for her wedding, she could buy each of her bridesmaids a silver/gold birthstone bead that is a beautiful personalized gift for each girl. If the beads are not the brides’ style of gift, we have floral pendants that represent various flowers for each month. This would be great if she was doing an outdoor wedding too! We also have beautiful birthstone earrings and bracelets with charms.

For a bride, looking for a great gift for her future husband or if he is looking for a gift for his groomsmen, we have a wide selection of cufflinks and my favorite are the ones that you can insert a picture in. How cute would it be if the bride bought her husband a pair with a picture of them in each frame?

Finally, we have also designed bookmarks for Barnes and Noble and one of our designs was an etched Cherry Blossom with the word Beauty and the kanji symbol for beauty on pink cording. The cherry blossom is after all, a very popular flower in Asian weddings. It symbolizes new beginnings!

I asked Fatima if GeoArt has any pieces that are considered ‘environmentally friendly’ and they do.

At the sale, there will be some of the recycled green jewelry there, mainly bracelets. There are also offering batik bangles; first come, first serve. With a variety of other bangles that are filled with antique batik fabrics, some with dried leaf from the rain-forests of Indonesia, banana tree bark and even one style that has sand from Bali set in it you’re sure to find something you like.

I’m hoping that if you are in the market to find a unique gift for your bridesmaids, or groomsmen, check out their sale. Maybe I’ll see you there.

Always determined to bring you the most interesting options for your wedding.

Until next time…
